Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas in Pakistan: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at customercare@eladens.com before your order is shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

ELADENS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customercare@eladens.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.
